Title: Floating Soaps
Categories: Soap *
Yield: 1 Batch

A batch of any basic or hand milled soap

1. Follow the steps for making hand-milled soap.

2. Place the grated soap and water in a saucepan large enough to accomodate the beaters of a hand-held mixer. Melt the soap and water together.

3. When the soap and water have melted, beat at high speed for at least 2 minutes or until the soap begins to thicken and looks frothy and light.

4. Pour or spoon the beaten soap into your molds. Don't forget to clean off your beaters before the soap on them hardens. If your soap had thickened so quickly that you have difficulty getting it into the molds, remelt it with a little more water and beat once again.
